For our fast growing Food & Feed business unit we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team leader customer service to join our team and help to further develop and professionalize our Customer Service department.

The Food & Feed unit focusses on strategic semi-finished product groups such as starch/proteins, dry dairy products, sugar and food & feed dry ingredients for whom we provide logistic and semi-industrial services.

  • Responsible for the organization and management of the CSR department
    • Ensures a correct and balanced division of the customer package and administrative tasks in the team
    • Periodic evaluation of the CSR’s
    • Define training needs
    • Organizes a monthly meeting with his/her team to discuss overall working/performance of the team, complaints, points for improvement and KPIs
    • Thoroughly knows and respects the customers and internal procedures, working instructions and documents
  • Works on continuous improvement of the working environment and working methods
  • Works in line of the management on productivity and efficiency
  • Opstellen (of toezien daarop) van administratieve werkinstructies per klant
  • Strict follow-up and keeping up to date of the CSR customer files
  • Control of the supplier invoices, cost center to put it on and approval for payment
  • Control of the customer invoices on completeness of invoicing
  • Minimum bachelors diploma/A2-diploma and/or relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of the Plato WMS-system is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English, French is a plus
  • Good communication skills both towards the customers as towards the internal organization
  • Good coaching skills
